Cancellation of Nokia's treasury shares registered
Espoo, Finland - Pursuant to Nokia's decision announced on January 29, 2015, the cancellation of 66 903 682 shares held by the Company has been registered with the Finnish Trade Register today. The total number of shares and votes in Nokia Corporation is now 3 678 140 564.
