Outstanding video capabilities of Galaxy K zoom are complemented by specialized Vine application

London, UK – June 2, 2014 – Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd, today announced Galaxy K zoom with the availability of an enhanced Vine application. This version of Vine, a service owned by Twitter that makes it easy for people to watch, create and share short looping videos, capitalizes on the zoom capabilities of the Galaxy device.

Coupled with the effortless capturing, real optics, and premium design of the Galaxy K zoom, Vine allows consumers to seamlessly and effectively record subjects, near and far. Specifically, the Vine app for Galaxy K zoom features zoom buttons directly on the recording screen, allowing the user to easily zoom in and out when creating a Vine video on the Samsung device.

The Galaxy K zoom blends advanced digital camera technology with Samsung's industry-leading Galaxy experience to offer users the mobile solutions they need with the ability to create professional-quality visual content. This exclusive zoom functionality demonstrates Samsung and Twitter’s ongoing dedication to supporting self-expression through technological innovation and meaningful collaboration.

The Samsung Galaxy K zoom is available in select countries beginning May, 2014.
